Leadership Cayuga 2011 Presentation “Ask Me”
The project team’s original challenge was to develop an event or strategy to position Cayuga County strengths to encourage businesses to relocate here, or open a shop, restaurant or office in our area. This challenge responds to anticipated economic opportunities offered by the Musical Theater Festival, plus trends in niche agriculture and cultural tourism in the County.
After brainstorming, the group came up with the following concept that galvanized them into a new direction. “Well informed citizens make a place attractive to business owners.”
