New Tool to help Visitors find their way around the County

The Cayuga County Office of Tourism has produced a free map of the County to help visitors find their way to all the great things to see and do in the area. The map, which was designed by Coburn Design of Auburn, features a detailed guide to the County as well as the communities of Auburn, Aurora, Fair Haven, Moravia, Union Springs and Weedsport. Tourism attractions, campgrounds, golf courses, lodging, entertainment, marinas, parks and trails, restaurants, and wineries are all plotted on the map in an easy to use and attractive, colorful format. All organizations and businesses that serve visitors are encouraged to stop by the Tourism Office to pick up a supply of maps for their establishment.

The map was created in response to the needs of hoteliers and innkeepers trying to route visitors to the many attractions around the county.“ This is a map that visitors will not only use, but will also save as it is such an attractive reminder of their visit to Cayuga County. I am sure they will ask for more than one, so they can give them to their friends and family as well,” said Meg Vanek, executive director of the Cayuga County Office of Tourism.
