A Full Range of Compassionate, Coordinated Services for Women

Auburn Memorial Hospital is developing plans for a Comprehensive Women’s Diagnostic Health Center, which will be located at 615 North Seward Avenue, Auburn, on the lower level of the Women’s Health Specialists office building. The Center will provide state-of-the-art diagnostic services to detect problems early, when they are most treatable. These services will include digital mammography, ultrasound, dexascan and stereotactic breast biopsies.

“Our goal is to increased peace of mind for the women of our community,” stated Rosalyn McCormick, Vice President for Patient Care Services. “We will provide comprehensive, quality patient-centered diagnostic services in an accessible, central location. AMH understands that there are educational and emotional components to women’s health care. With this in mind, we are committed to providing services that will promote wellness and also assist women faced with health care issues.” All diagnostic services will be performed by clinicians who are highly experienced with the special needs of women.

Currently, mammograms and dexascans are available at the Center. The additional services will be added within the next two months, including a lab draw station to provide physicians with quick and accurate data.
