Romano Speaks to Sell Out Crowd
The Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce welcomed Phil Romano, a leading innovator and businessman in the restaurant industry, to their Annual Dinner. Romano spoke before a sell out crowd about his success and gave sound advice on what has worked for him over the years.
The Holiday Inn played host to business leaders and economic supporters in Cayuga County. Members from various industries attended with the hopes of learning great things from the highly regarded keynote speaker.
The success of Romano is staggering and hearing how he got there was interesting and entertaining. Born and raised in Auburn, New York, his father sacrificed his financial well-being so his son could buy out a partner at a restaurant in Florida. Romano HAD to make it work for the economic stability of his parents. From then on, he worked for years creating concepts for successful business ventures in the restaurant industry. Over time, he began investing in the medical industry and many varieties of business transactions have added to his success in highly impacting ways. A talented speaker with much charisma, Romano connected well with the audience. He tried to relate on a customer service based level. Romano explained that he's never had a job in his life and then he hasn't had to go to "work" a day in his life. No one has ever worked FOR him, rather, they've worked WITH him.
